Citizens Deposit Bank

Citizens Deposit Bank has been providing banking services to Ballard, Carlisle, and Hickman counties since 1949. Over the past several decades, CDB has continued to grow and expand, supplementing their great care for their customers with additional locations and services to better meet the needs of their rural Western Kentucky community.

The CDB team came to us in 2021. They knew they had the opportunity for continued growth, needing resources that weren’t available to them to produce the desired results. CDB came to us as a good business with heart and vision, but needed outside assistance to make sure they were connecting effectively with the community they’re so proud to serve. The Innovations team eagerly hopped on board.

Partnered with CDB’s own team, Innovations was able to step in, gather research and evaluate current methods and standing. We formed a plan to bring CDB’s heart for community to the forefront of everything they do. Innovations worked with CDB to create a personality and identity for their brand and unified their brand presence to create a more professional and put-together image that better reflected who we knew Citizens Deposit Bank to truly be.

Today, we’re still proud to partner with the caring folks at CDB, and we’re honored to continue helping them on their mission to connect with and serve their community.
